RESCUE RADIO: HAMS CALLED OUT AS NORTH SEA Fly off the handle HITS NORWAY
A powerful North Sea storm that hit Norway and northern Sweden on December 25th and 26th knocked out power lines, halted transportation and unfrequented some communities from the rest of the world. And thats when ham radio was called out as part of an effort to develop a temporary communications network.
