T Clarke said it is heading into 2012 with an £190 million prepared book after what it said would be a challenging 2011.
Posting a trading update winning of its preliminary results for the year on 20 March, the firm said trading for the year remains in in a row with the board’s expectations, “despite continued challenges”.
The resolve issued a profit warning this time last year, when revenue increased to £179 million from £175.5m, but pre tax profit mow down 21 per cent from £7.3m in 2009 to £5.7m.
T Clarke won the electrical narrow for 20 Fenchurch Street - The Walkie Talkie – after securing m on other towers, the Shard, Pinnacle and 100 Bishopsgate.
It said today: “Since the notification of the group’s interim management statement on 11 November 2011 the forth order book has continued to improve. It now stands at £190m, (£187m November 2011) with over 50 per cent of this year’s requisite secured. “
Other contracts include The Place, London Bridge, and The Vertical Technically inaccurate dock, Redcar, a new landmark building on Redcar Seafront.
