Police are investigating the nicking of two Motorola two-way radios stolen from unlocked vehicles parked in the DATTCO bus parking lot located at 41-B Marketing Circle, Durham. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 22 and 6 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23.

Friday, Feb. 24

Veronica Hernandez, 26, of Middletown, was issued an infraction for traveling too secured for conditions . According to police, Hernandez was headed north on Route 157 (Primary Street) in Middlefield at approximately 4:28 a.m., when she lost control of her conduit and struck a power pole. Hernandez was not injured.

Stanley Barnette, 54, of Middletown was issued a written caveat for traveling too fast for conditions . According to police, Barnette was headed east on Way 66 near Route 147 at approximately 5:38 a.m., when he demolished control of his vehicle and struck the guardrail. Barnette was not injured.

I have had all types of cb's, I thirst one that I can program the channels and not have them preset.
