A 31-year-old Akron man was arrested at the Akron-Canton Airport Feb. 1 after deputies said they found him crapulent in his car near a parking lot exit. According to reports, he became belligerent with officers during the hinder. Several cans of beer were found on the floor of the car. The man faces charges of operating a channel while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, driving under suspension and having an unrestricted container.

On Feb. 2, a South Main Street woman said someone cut the limbs off four pine trees in her yard. Neighbors were questioned but no one reported anything question.

Deputies investigated an attempted burglary at a home in the 3000 chunk of Dewalt Drive Jan. 31. A suspect tried to pry open the front door, reports said.

Someone flat into an SUV in the 7200 block of Pine Knoll Drive Jan. 30. A GPS element, a DVD player with DVDs, a garage door opener and a radar detector were enchanted. On the same day, a GPS unit valued at $100 was reported stolen from a car in the 6700 bar of Christman Road.
