Will a basic indoor tv antenna boost my wireless signal?

Question: If i go and support a basic tv antenna like rabbit ears, and link it to my wireless router will it boost my signal? or any other thoughts I am trying to get my signal to reach about 100 yards. Any cheap ideas?

Answer: No, it's utterly different technology.

100 yards (300 feet) is well within the line up of most routers with stock antenna. I've gotten mine to go 500-600 feet outdoors with no modifications. Most are rated at about 400 feet.

The FCC prohibited AT&T from using that spectrum for uplink (unfixed/portable device to base station) communications. LTE-Advanced also allows the use of four or more antennas to renovate MIMO (multiple input/multiple output) performance. LTE currently uses only two antennas per contrivance. Due to the need to isolate the antennas, this may not be practical for cell phones but could work well for principal-speed in-car communications.
