Will adding a second signal booster to my Winegard RV antenna increase my signal strength?
Question: I already have the Winegard antenna on my camper, in some locations the signal comes in tremendous and in others, well, not so much. I am curious if a second, aftermarket, booster will help me get safer reception all around? Thanks.
Answer: cascading amps does not travail. The output of amp #1 swamps the input of amp #2 and will undertaking oscillation's that can cause harmfull interference to other users and services. This can case the FCC to get involved. Winegard it noted for harmfull interference.
