I reside in a multi-whodunit edifice about 25 miles northwest of Chicago. Before purchasing this antenna, I could only get about 4 or 5 stations with my amplified rabbit ears. Now I can get 30 stations - all DVD rank! I unprejudiced hooked it up to my Tivax STB-T8 converter box, did a full study, and found about 20 stations. Then, I moved it toward a window to see if I could pick up any additional stations with weaker signals. Ineluctable enough, I got 10 more when I did a inspection for additional stations. The only position that I can't get is pass 2 (WBBM - CBS), which is naughty for its yellow signal. Confidently, when it increases its signal vigour...

I installed the RCA in 1550 a week ago and I like it. I active on a hill, but there are many big trees in my neighborhood. Are 18-20 + miles from the big towers. RCA in 1550 replaced a larger, more cumbersome and unattractive antenna that was amplified only righteousness. My old antenna was mainly uncertain in blowy withstand. We had in the air last continually, and while some lesser breaks in reaction, it was nothing like my old antenna. This antenna has been installed in minutes and scanfor stations. I needed to use another amplifier. I could now get several stations I get with my old antenna. Trounce of all is this undersized gem very heedful. And 'performance, the recommended alignment. It is certainly not as fit as cablegram, which I have on my other TV. But I do not unplug the line or pay for another box to this TV.
