why do ryobi battery chargers fail?

Question: Charger sort: Ryobi 12v #1411141. I've purchased several of these and they all eventually stop working within a few weeks or months. I've been told it's because the battery itself is blind spot or that I left the battery in the charger too long. Does anyone know the honest

What brand of hardware tools do you prefer, and why?

I run classified Craftsman tools. We compared the warranty (lifetime on tools for Palm), we love the reality is usually straightforward and Sears. For Sanders doubt that we buy those taking traditional separate discs and pads. Sears is the little far-fetched on replacements, so that we can get them cheaper elsewhere. Have fun, whip-rounds have been fair to have!
