I don’t allow what’s so grievous about this. I’m comparing it to the G550 that was on transaction marked down for $429 a week or so ago. The i5-430 is a few percent faster than the G550’s Pentium T4200 (both are dual sum). Both have 4gb ram. The Y550p has a 500gb disk and I have in mind the G550 had 250gb. Spot on now a 640gb disk is $75 shipped, so the 250->500 upgrade is usefulness maybe $30 or $40. That leaves the graphics car-card (Geforce 240T vs Intel 965) which I judgement helps for some games, but how many users indeed misery? I approve Intel graphics for Linux compatibility. The G series machines seem very concrete and only a fabulous value. I bought one (G530) for a one's nearest colleague last year and it worked out noteworthy. whenever I see the prices get that low, I always seem to be tempted to buy several more for no estimate at all.
