Is the Radio Shack Pro-97 handheld scanner rebandable for the 800Mhz band?

In over to my question, radioscannerguide.com states that the Pro-97 can be reprogrammed to prepositor post-rebanding for the 800Mhz trunking band. Elsewhere I pore over that it does not support rebanding. Most of the information I am reading dates back to 2005-06. I can't
