HDTV and HD receiver question?

Question: So I have a immense HDTV (sharp 32'' 1080p) and its great for gaming. I dont have digital cable and therefore no HD channels and the ''underlying'' nbc,abc,fox,cbs are ones i'd really like to have digital b/c of football (go pats). anyways is there a way to have these channels

Answer: Most guy companies do NOT scramble the local high def stations so you can use the QAM tuner on your tv to pore over these stations.
Just connect cable wire from rampart to the back of your tv. Here is the important part. You must SCAN for channels the first time you hook
