What do I need for HDMI connection from the existing satelite receiver to HDTV for HD channels?

Answer: if your lieutenant receiver is HD, then it will have HDMI out. all you need is an HDMI cable.
the cheapest grade to get one is newegg.com, you can get it for <$10, if you go to walmart or best buy it will be at least $30+
