I have a Radio Shack HDTV receiver and HD antenna. Can I get HD channels while having regular Directv service?

Clarification: I have an HDTV and am looking to get HD radio channels through the Accurian HDTV receiver hoping to avoid paying for the Directv HD case upgrade. Is it possible to have both regular Directv and this HD receiver calling together with my HDTV? Or is it hopeless

first of all, there are no "HD channels" off-air, just televise channels that have HD content if/when sent by the originating broadcaster. most network affiliate stations (abc, cbs, nbc) are required to behind the times network
