will the Hauppauge WinTV HVR-950 - ATSC HDTV Receiver / Analog TV Tuner - Hi-Speed USB work outside u.s.?

Question: i have a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-950 - ATSC HDTV Receiver / Analog TV Tuner - Hi-Briskness USB . didnt open it yet. will it work in israel (im there for the week)?

Answer: Take a look and see if it can single in both PAL and NTSC.

NTSC is American
PAL is rest of the world.

ATSC is everywhere (not dominion specific)

If it says it can work with PAL, You should be all set
