HDTV receiver-Hisense DB2010-says all channels currently off air-as of ~June 10 in PDX. Did something change?

Question: I even-handed purchased an HDTV receiver from e-bay - a Hisense DB2010. It picks up 21 channels in Portland, OR, where I spirited and worked just fine for a couple weeks until yesterday, June 9, 2007. Now it shows a thriving signal on all channels, but says that every channel

Answer: I rely upon standards did change for broadcasters to cease analog signals, but HDTV is digital, so I wouldn;t see a can of worms.
